SITES was born with nearly 30 thousand towers in 15 countries and with over 20 years of accumulated experience throughout its history.
On Febreuary 2021, America Movil announced that its
Boards of Directores approved the spin-off of its
telecommunication infraestructures in Latin America,
while their shareholders did so on September 29, 2021.
In August 2022, America Movil completed the spin-off of
~30,000 towers in Latin America and began operating as
an independent tower company
On September 2022, began trading in the Mexican Stock
Exchange under “LASITE”
Consolidates operations in the Dominican Republic and
Peru, while in Colombia we began operations
