On February 2021, America Movil announced that its Board of Directors approved the spin-off of its telecommunication infrastructures in Latin America.
On September 29, 2021, its shareholders approved the transaction.
In August 2022, America Movil completed the spin-off of ~30,000 towers in Latin America.
